Description

The shoulders and hams selected by grandfather Esteve are a very high quality product, from 100% Iberian pigs, black leg and fed on acorns.
There are other Iberian hams in the market of inferior quality, these would enter in what we would call “charcuterie”, but the hams that the grandfather Esteve has selected are authentic “delicatessen” come directly from a small producer of the province of ‘Huelva (the most select area of Iberian ham par excellence) which has large tracts of land in which their animals live in total freedom and outdoors. This product can also be purchased in the form of vacuum-sealed ham envelopes containing hand-cut ham by our cutting experts.
