Olive paste made with table olives of the Arbequina variety (96%) and pure cocoa (4%). Taste with a bitter touch. The olive grove has been pasteurized at the optimum temperature, this allows preserving and enhancing all the gustatory and aromatic qualities of the olives and pure cocoa.
