Signature jams made entirely by hand, with 100% natural fruit. The percentage of sugar is a maximum of 25%.
The fruits are previously selected with a small amount of water so that the result is as natural as possible, taking advantage of the natural sugars. This allows you to enjoy the natural flavor of the fruit in the healthiest way.
Jams with high percentages of sugar end up all tasting the same, which is not the case with jams based on natural sugars. However, this commitment to quality forces us to carry out much more thorough production controls, however our jams do not contain preservatives and the packaging process is carried out by temperature contrast.
Karen, the author of these delicious and original delicacies from natural fruits, started by making them at home and selling them to her friends in the area of the beautiful city of Ghent in the East Flanders region. The success was such that, in a short time, he dedicated himself only to this task.
